Khakhis Introduction

Arvind has set up a dedicated bottom weights plant, an integrated facility that sources yarn from in house facilities at Arvind Mills. It has both weaving and processing infrastructure, captive power supply, steam generation and a wastewater treatment plant. The latter makes it a zero discharge complex i.e. one that recycles all its wastewater.

  • Lab-dipping: swatch receipt to lab dip: 4 days

  • Bulk order: for all standard products the lead-time for delivery: 45 days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Bulk order: for all customized products the weaving process will take an additional time of approx. 2 weeks

    Collection

    The Khakis Division of Arvind Mills is the only one in South East Asia to launch two collections annually. European designers in co ordination with our in-house Product development cell prepare these collections.

    The division has just launched its SS’06 collection. For Spring Summer’ 06 it is believed that the season trend is dominated by blends, cotton linen for casual segment, cotton stretch for the ladies, for fashion segment it would be cotton nylon. In 100% cotton the trend is towards structures & compact yarn.
